### ICAP Integration

Added ICAP (Internet Content Adaptation Protocol) deployment support for HookMesh, enabling content analysis and modification in HTTP proxy workflows.

### Public API BugFix

Resolved an issue with delete operations in the public API, ensuring more reliable resource management.

### Bugfıx For The Submission Ordering

Fixed an issue with submission ordering that was causing inconsistent display of submissions.

### Added Last Checked Feature For The Version Management Page

Implemented a caching mechanism for the version management page so if the new versions is not present you can check for them. It renews itself automatically every 30 minutes.
